My Thoughts: This is a spectacular cheese… I love the inside, but the skin/rind, OMG! It is exceptionally awful! Disgusting! And what’s more, the smell gets on your fingers and then they stink! Strength: 6/10 Quality: 8/10 🙂

My thoughts: This is a terrible cheese. what more can i say… paprika and cheese? really? and what’s more, the cheese wasn’t even good, even without the paprika! But, you will see many average, bad, and good cheeses in this section. Strength: Together 7/10 heese Alone: 4/10 Quality: 2/10 🙁

Pave de Saulens

My Thoughts: This is a very good cheese, not too strong, nor too weak. It is a bit like compté, but in my mind (others may disagree) it is fractionally better! Now that’s saying something! This would be very nice (if you are an adult) with a strong glass of red wine. Strength: 7/10 Quality: 8/10 🙂
